The Winners of the 2024 BAFTA Awards


The British Academy of Film and Television Arts has just finished handing out their awards for 2023, with the entirely-expected result of Christopher Nolan's "Oppenheimer" being the big winner. Nolan's epic won a grand total of seven awards, including Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor (Cillian Murphy), and Best Supporting Actor (Robert Downey Jr.). Yorgos Lanthimos' "Poor Things" followed close behind with five wins, including Best Actress (Emma Stone), Best Production Design, and Best Costume Design.
