As expected, we'll be getting a few sure-to-be-fascinating featurettes about the making of this latest season, as well as the usual plethora of commentaries with the cast and crew. What wasn't quite as expected was the "Animated History of the Seven Kingdoms" featurette, which is sure to be an intriguing look at how Westeros came to be how it is.
Like millions of others, I was completely enthralled with this latest season of television's best and most popular show, and I simply cannot wait to add it to my collection. It may have only been seven episodes this time around, but there was more than enough packed into each of them to make it feel as grand as a regular ten-episode season.
Those dates again are September 25th for Digital HD and December 12th for Blu-ray/DVD, so be sure to take note so you can relive all of the incredible thrills that this season had to offer.
